Refugee Appeals

Refugee claims made inside Canada are decided by the Refugee Protection Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board. A refused claim from the Refugee Protection Division can be appealed to the Refugee Appeal Division. Most RAD decisions are made in writing without a hearing.
